Do the 1st grade basketball practice plans come with an offense?
No, we believe the focus should be on fundamentals – dribbling, basic rules of the game and tons of fun. Players will learn basic basketball concepts.
Do you provide Baseline and Sideline Plays?
Not at the first grade level. The best BLOB and SLOB at this level is none at all!
I've never coached before, can i still use the plans?
Absolutely. Each 2nd grade basketball practice plan comes with written and video tutorials. Additionally, we explain our philosophy and have additional resources you can lean on for help.
I've been coaching for years, are the plans too basic?
We’ve spent significant time putting together a comprehensive plan for a wide range of experience levels. You also have the flexibility to add your own drills to each plan.

I have dedicated a large portion of my life to developing my knowledge and becoming the best basketball coach I can be.
I’m incredibly blessed to spend hours upon hours researching, studying, and writing about basketball and youth sports.
